We certainly are experiencing a stressful time. While we are facing uncertainty about employment, childcare, our health and our communities; moving through pregnancy right now can feel overwhelming. In my #mindfulmonday chat today, we talked about different ways to combat stress from affirmations, to activities, to sharing with others.
